DELIVERY SERVICE ORDERS FOR PARTS ARE SENT BY COURIER FROM YOUR NEAREST LGMA FACILITY

LGMA South Africa currently offers 2 shipping options, with courier rates calculated based on volumetric weight and your delivery address.

Main city centers typically incur lower costs compared to areas outside of main centers.

Delivery time for most orders: 2 – 5 business days.

Orders placed before 14:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday excluding holidays) are usually shipped out the same or next business day. Larger orders or those with dimensions may be sent the next business day or up to three days thereafter, depending on courier availability.

While we make every effort for parts in stock to be delivered within 2 – 6 business days, this is not guaranteed. Any delays will be communicated promptly.

Delivery to outlying areas outside of main centers may occasionally exceed our 6 business day timeframe. Delays are often due to incomplete delivery addresses, so please provide detailed information to prevent delays.

HEAVY GOODS SPECIAL NOTICE: For items over 100kg, note that road freight vehicles may not always have the means to offload by hand or have lifting equipment available. Only order heavy goods over 100kg if you can offload them at the delivery location or have made proper arrangements.

Delivery Fees: Rates are based on shipping address and total volumetric weight or dimensions of the order, using the higher value of the two. Higher fees may apply to outlying areas. If you find the fee unfavorable, please contact us at parts@lgma.africa.

MACHINES & ATTACHMENTS

DELIVERY SERVICE ORDERS FOR MACHINES & ATTACHMENTS ARE SENT EITHER BY LGMA’S TRANSPORTER OR A THIRD PARTY FROM OUR FACILITIES.

Transport rates are calculated based on the space taken up by the machine and/or attachments and your delivery address. If you find the fee unfavorable, please contact us at info@lgma.africa.

Delivery time for most purchases: 4 – 8 business days.

While we aim for machines & attachments in stock to be delivered within 4 – 8 business days, delays may occur, in which case we will notify you of the progress.

Delivery to outlying areas outside of main centers may occasionally exceed our 8 business day timeframe.
